RW1 Build provides an excellent building service and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. 

We first employed RW1 for our loft, chimney removal, existing bathroom total refurbishment and knocking through between the sitting room and dining room. The process from initial quote through to commencement and then completion of the works was like a well oiled machine. Pricing was transparent, with no hidden extras and with a good sense of humour from all team members throughout. About a year later we liked/missed them so much we asked them back for our kitchen extension, or rather, kitchen transformation. 

On both occasions we lived in the house throughout the works, which proved a little challenging logistically but nothing was too difficult for Rob's team. They ensured that everything was as clean as it could be throughout, providing several temporary kitchens where possible!

When we first were looking for builders, we approached 8 different companies, especially as we would essentially be living with them for several months. For the second project we didn't contemplate anyone else and only got RW1 to quote.

Attention to detail was followed through from start to finish, adhering to Party wall agreements and ensuring our neighbours had no complaints. The team also weren't afraid to make suggestions at appropriate points based on their wealth of experience.

Rob was also great at recommending other trades to come in where required and the team worked well with our independent kitchen fitter and worktop installer. Finding a builder is hard enough. Finding a good builder, who you'd recommend is more than challenging but we think so highly of Rob and his team that we recommended them to our neighbours who then used RW1 as well!
