The approach taken by both your company and your sub-contractors has allowed us to continue to occupy the property throughout this major refurbishment with the minimum of disruption. The operatives on sight were always polite, considerate and left the property in clean orderly state at the end of each working day.

The works were completed to a high standard and all your craftsmen on sight took on board our architects' designs and worked closely with them throughout to ensure that our requirements were met.

Your rapid response to any issues regarding the works was and is excellent releasing some of the tensions that are normally associated with building works.
