We commenced building work on our kitchen/dining extension in late September 2008. Robert had been recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed by the services they provided. From the first meeting with Rob he guided us through every aspect of the project from the architectural drawings to the finished build itself. He provided an essential timeline and payment brake down from the outset which were both adhered to.

He was already ready to offer no- nonsence, professional advice on everything from design to materials, to fittings and fixtures. He and his team worked diligently to the deadlines, always ensuring that we, the customer, were subjected to the least inconvenience possible. We had a young family when we undertook the building work and everyone on the team was fully aware of the need to accommodate us/them, where possibly, in our need to continue to use the kitchen space and facilities during the works. We were always given advance warning if we were going to be without hot water or electricity and for how long. This was greatly appreciated.

Rob was always available to answer questions, provide advice or recommend suppliers to us. Everything from roof tiles to kitchen fittings to folding sliding doors to decking. As well as having a wealth of contacts, he also has an attention to detail which was invaluable.

We feel very fortunate we chose a reputable and industrious builder who delivered on all aspects of our building project. We now have an open- plan living space which fulfils all our original requirements, finished to a very high standard.
